Founded in 2006 in Melbourne, Australia, ID/Lab’s international presence has grown to Toronto and New York. As ‘Shapers of Behaviour in the Built Environment’ we improve people’s wayfinding experience, and create complete consumer experiences.
We bring together a broad range of talent and experience and work collaboratively on large projects; an international design think tank with progressive ideas, creating and leveraging best practices from around the world.
