Founded in 2006 in Melbourne, Australia, ID/Lab’s international presence has grown to and ID/Lab office in Toronto, and collaboration with organisations in Malaysia (FusionBrand), USA (WaySigning) and Hong Kong (Gengemoody). As ‘Shapers of Behaviour in the Built Environment’ we improve people’s wayfinding experience, and create complete consumer experiences.
We bring together a broad range of talent and experience and work collaboratively on large projects; an international design think tank with progressive ideas, creating and leveraging best practices from around the world.
ID/Lab strategists and designers have experience in a diverse range of projects: from airports to metro systems, from corporate environmental graphics to hospital wayshowing strategies.
